Lives changed. In their own words.
"This beautiful group… The power in it. The beautiful circle. I needed to slow my life down a bit and I really miss our group. I look forward to us getting back in person. Truly been an amazing year. It's a bit like posh therapy!"
Dr Deirdre Kelly, GP — Galway / Online
"I have got to connect with the teacher and that happened Day 1… I'm a little older now and I think a lot of my friends thought I was mad to start a yoga teacher training course, but I loved it. Thank you so much."
Geraldine O'Donovan, 200hr — Medical Administrator, Galway / Online
"My training has been both in studio and online and I highly recommend it. Sri Radha and her team offer a very personal service and are all very welcoming and helpful. The teaching style is professional, friendly and very engaging. It has an infotainment element to keep students captivated. Whether it's in the studio or online you always feel connected. The online resources, services and support are amazing and easy for members to access."
Eileen Maguire, 200hr & 300hr — Galway
"Golden Glow Yoga College is a well established yoga school that I can very confidently recommend with the utmost enthusiasm. I genuinely feel blessed to have had the opportunity to study and continue studying with Sri Radha as a mentor. The training is thorough and carefully thought out. There was such a vast amount of resources and information made available to me with continued support throughout. Whilst I always felt pushed and motivated to continue my development there was never any pressure — it was a safe, compassionate environment and even training online this was somehow never lost. I have just signed up for my senior training and truly feel a sense of inner peace being back in the GGYC Ireland and UK community."
